How to Book

Please BOOK 72 HOURS BEFORE PICNIC​

  1. Choose your Date & Time

  2. Pick your Picnic Package and color theme: See our Picnic Packages tab for pricing and our Gallery for photos. 

  3. Pick Your Location -your backyard, living room, Airbnb, hotel room, your apartment park/pool, a couple of parks in the area, Indigeny Reserve and the Basin Creek area are available. Contact us for more details.

  4. Add-On anything you'd like (from add-on options tab)

  5. We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve the date and time of your picnic. Payments accepted through (Venmo, Cash or Checks are accepted in advance)

Our Policies

Making Everyday Life Beautiful

  • We Request you book your picnic at least 3 days in advance. If you have a last minute booking please call or text for immediate response we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • We set up picnics in Sonora, California and surrounding cities if you are further than 20 miles from our home base there will be a travel fee.

  • 50% non-refundable deposit paid though Venmo or Paypal is required at time of booking to reserve your date & time.

  • Remainder of payment is due 72 hours/3 days before your scheduled picnic, if you book 72 hours/3 days before picnic full payment will be due.

  • If you need to reschedule your picnic please contact us 72 hours before your scheduled picnic. 

  • Weather is out of our control, we will be monitoring  it the days leading up to your scheduled picnic and if needed will reschedule your picnic or set it up indoors.

  • A Beautiful Picnic does NOT provide alcohol in any form. 

  • If you decide to bring your own alcoholic beverage, we are not responsible for any fines/tickets issued to you.

  • You are responsible for ALL picnic items until we arrive to clean-up. If for some reason you wish to leave early or end your picnic early you must notify us by phone call or text (209 770-5441) 30 minutes in advance.

  • If you are late to your picnic, we will not extend your picnic time. If you are more than 30 minutes late we reserve the right to pack up your picnic and not reschedule or refund you. 

  • Damage or Loss of Accessories: Client agrees to exercise all due care in caring for, and preserving the property of A Beautiful Picnics inventory. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to inventory, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost. We will collect a fully refundable deposit ($100.00) that will be returned 48 hours after picnic to cover any incidentals. Normal wear will not be charged.

  • We do not offer refunds once payment has been received. If you need to reschedule your picnic you must do it 72 hours before.

  • If you decide to cancel/reschedule on day of your picnic rescheduling fee is $100.

  • Adding more time while your picnic is going on is $50 for 30 minutes and $75 for an hour.
